HOW WE WRITE

The Team Behind These Policy Pages

The team that runs dazzle slot writes these pages. Our operations staff draft the account and payment clauses, a Pakistani legal adviser checks them against the rules that apply here, and our...

Written by the operator

Every clause here comes from the team that builds the lobby, wallet flow and support desk. We describe what our systems do instead of copying a template from elsewhere.

Local legal check

A Pakistani legal adviser reads each draft against the rules that apply here, flagging wording that could be read two ways. Where local law allows a difference, the page says so.

Dated changelog

Each revision shows the date it took effect and a short list of what changed. You can set the current wording against the version stored in your account area.

Plain en-PK wording

We write for readers in Pakistan, using everyday English and short sentences. Numbers, fees and timeframes sit beside the clause they belong to, so nothing is buried for you.

No hidden extras

Fees, verification steps and withdrawal timings appear in the same document as the terms. If we ever add a charge, it shows here before it shows on your account.

Account security rules

Access uses a password you choose plus one-time codes on withdrawal requests. Our staff will never ask for your password, your JazzCash PIN or a code sent to your phone.

PAGE BY PAGE

How This Page Sits With Others

Our policy set is split so nothing hides in a wall of text. This legal page covers account conduct, dispute steps and the rules you accept at sign-up; the payments page explains...

01

Legal terms

Covers account conduct, acceptable use, dispute handling and the agreement you accept when registering. Read this page first if you want to know exactly what you accept here.

02

Payment terms

Explains how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast transfers are processed, how long a withdrawal takes to verify, and which documents we may request before funds move.

03

Privacy notice

Sets out what personal data we keep, why it is held for verification, how long it stays on file, and the steps you can take to have records corrected.

04

House rules

Describes how we treat a contested wager result, the evidence we weigh, and the timeframe for a decision. These rules sit alongside the terms rather than replacing them.

05

Language versions

The English wording governs. Where we publish a translated summary for readers in Pakistan and the two differ, the English clause applies to your account at all times.

06

Updates and notices

When a clause changes, we post the new version with a date and message you inside your account. Using the platform after that date means you accept the wording.

07

Governing rules

Where local law permits, these terms are read alongside the regulations applying in the region you registered from. A conflict between the two resolves in favour of the local rule.

Blocks That Shape Our Policy Layout

Open any dazzle slot policy page and the same six blocks appear in the same order: language switcher, effective date, section index, changelog link, contact strip...

Effective date banner

Sits at the head of every policy page with the day the current wording took effect. If you must show which version applied on a date, that banner answers it.

Section index

A linked list of every clause on the page, so you can skip to withdrawals, verification or disputes without scrolling. Headings stay numbered to match cross-references on the site.

Changelog panel

Shows the last few revisions and what each one altered. Useful when a notice lands in your account and you want to see exactly what moved before deciding anything.

Language switcher

Lets you flip between the governing English wording and any translated summary we publish for Pakistan. Whichever you read, the English clause always applies to your account.

Contact strip

A short row near the foot of each page listing chat and email routes plus our desk hours. You never dig through the help centre to ask about a clause.

Print and save view

Strips the navigation so a clause prints cleanly onto one or two sheets. Handy if you want a copy on file, or a bank asks for the terms.

Questions We Get About Our Terms

The account terms apply wherever local law permits us to serve readers, not only inside Pakistan. Where a region restricts online casino or sportsbook activity, we may close access under the acceptable use clause.

Our wording names JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast alongside ordinary bank transfers. Each has its own verification step, printed beside it with the timeframe you should expect.

We publish the revised wording with a new effective date, log it in the changelog panel, and message you inside your account. Using the platform after that date means you accept the update.

Raise it through the dispute form in your account inside the window printed in the house rules. We log a reference number, weigh the evidence, and reply within two working days.

The privacy notice sets this out in full. We hold identity documents for as long as the rules applying to us require, limit internal access, and delete records once that period ends.

Yes. Use the print view on any policy page to save a clean copy first, then request closure from your account settings. We confirm in writing and settle any balance.
